TURKİSH DONER KEBAB

Tallow and was well seasoned with local spices, a fitted onto the skewers and its a kind of kebab which cooked in the face of a wood fire.
Turkish Doner mostly made up with lamp.
Sheeps or Lamb' s arm  and croupe is used.
To be more delicious of Doner; the lamb tail fat are compressed between the meat.
HOW TO PREPARE 
chopped meat such as leaves are hold 1 day with;  milk, vegetable oil, onion juice, salt and pepper mixture and then meats firmly placed in to the suitable skewer, consistently translated across fire to be cook, Cut with a  long and sharp meat knife of cooked meat and served with rice, noodles, pita bread, potatoes, sautéed vegetables or salad.


There are many Doner restaurants in Turkey almost in every city.its like a Turkish Fastfood.
According to the research I have done on the internet the Doner first made in the City of Kastamonu in Turkey then spread to whole city.
You can either eat meat between bread with onions, lettuce and tomato either on the plate with rice, pita etc.
When i was a student in University i was oftenly eating a chicken Doner beacause it was much more cheaper then the Lamp Meat.
i am sure if you taste it once you will keep at.
